POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Food & Beverage
- There is a $5000.00 food & beverage minimum for weekend events (weddings & the Christmas holiday season have an $8000.00 food and beverage minimum)
- FBC must provide all food and beverage items, with the exception of wedding cakes.
- All prices are subject to change due to change in market price.
Guarantees
- Final guest count must be specified 2 weeks in advance. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction.
- Payment for the estimated balance is due 1 week prior to the event.
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date (applied to the total bill).
Additional Charges
- Facility Fee: The Facility Fee is $750.00* and includes private use of the entire facility, charges for cleaning, set-up & break down. (*weddings carry a higher facility fee)
- Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the food & beverage portion of the bill
- Rentals: A minimum of $7 per person is charged for rentals such as plate ware, flat ware and linen
- Tax: Current California Sales Tax is be added to the total bill
- Bev Pack: Our standard event packages include unlimited beer, house wine, coffee & sodas for the first 3 hours of the 5
- hour rental period. To extend the beverage package thru the entire event is an additional $20 per guest. We also offer an upgraded wine selection for an additional per guest charge. No-host bar packages are available upon request.
SPECIAL EVENT AGREEMENT
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- We are not responsible for the damage of any outside equipment that is brought in by the customer to be used for the specific event.
- We reserve the right to volume control if you have a band or DJ.
- All DJs and bands must have contact with the special events manager before the day of the event. (There are specific times as to when they can or cannot deliver their equipment.)
- All decorations and applications have to be approved by our event coordinator.
- If all decorations are not removed, FBC reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
- All prices and items are subject to change.
- Final headcount is due 2 weeks prior & final payment is 1 week prior to the event.
- The Undersigned and all guests agree to the above-mentioned conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
EVENT MENU #1 (BUFFET) - $83.95 per person (menu subject to change seasonally)
- Beverages - unlimited beer, house wine, coffee, tea and sodas- for 3 hours
- Appetizers - Choose 2 from the following list: Thai Chicken Skewers - Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms, Smoked Chicken Drummettes - FBC Potato Skins – Mini Falafels
- Salads - Organic Baby Greens – recipe changes seasonally; Caesar – Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Creamy Garlic-Caesar Dressing, Housemade Croutons and Parmigiano Reggiano
- Sides - Choose 2 from the following list: Mashed Potatoes - Vegetable-Black Bean Hash; Rice Pilaf - Sauteed Vegetables
- Entrees -Tri Color Tortellini – with seasonal vegetables & creamy pesto sauce and 2 of the following; Lemon Marinated Chicken Breast – In a Rich Mushroom Sauce; Stuffed Chicken – Filled with Spinach & Swiss Cheese; Sunflower & Mustard Crusted Salmon – Artichoke-Spinach Sauce; Hardwood Smoked Tri-Tip –Spicy Chipotle Sauce; **Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon – Porcini Mushroom Demi; **Prime Rib- Carved to order at the buffet by one of our chefs – Crusted with Herbs & Black Pepper, Served with Creamed Horseradish & Au Jus.
